I just started gyming like for my upper body about 4 months ago all by my self no help no one there for me just me. And I made a Hudge diff I don't procrasanat. I love learning new thing I used to be so so skinny all the way till 17 now I bulk up a bit with muscle everyone always complements me. And I'm a pro Olympic inline speed skater and model and currently about to start uni for becoming a massage therapist and fitness trainer.
