About Me   

I guess my story would be as follows: I am now 25 years old, from Scotland in the UK and I am roughly 75kgs at a height of 5ft 11inches. My past is a bit sketchy (as shown below) but now keen to kick start a programme that I be consistent with in order to gain the results I wanted. Basically when I shred I was to at least have muscle left that I can be proud of, as during cutting now, I have a bit less muscle and fell like its a bit more skinny than shredded if you understand. Thanks!! Age 7-14 - Swimming Training (4 per week) Age 18-22 - Sporadic weight lifting - Basically maintaining my small frame size Age 22-24 - Increased intensity of training focus on muscle build then cut for summer periods. Training partner throughout. Gained in size and confidence. Age 24-present - Little improvement (training 3 times per week on average). Training on my own with little structure to programme. Present day - Joined Scott Herman Fitness for programmes, structure and motivation as that has been seriously lacking.
