About Me
I am a 22 year old graduate with a bachelors degree in exercise science. I have always played many sports, including collegiate tennis. In college I learned about nutrition and fitness, I could prescribe a weight loss plan to friends but I myself never stuck to one. I always used sports as a way to stay in shape but since I have graduated I have gained over 20 lbs. In college my weight fluctuated from 185-200 but now I am at 222. My goal is to reach 188 lbs as a base and then add muscle from that point.
