I used to weigh 205LBS then I got into MMA with my wife while training for a fight I cut down to 174lbs. Then my wife got pregnant and in a car accident all was ok but we stopped training and I lost all the motivation now I am 235 and want to lose what I can. Id like to settle back around 186lbs.
