Tuna Salad Sandwich
Egg Salad Sandwich
It's high in protein because of the tuna or egg combined with the cottage cheese on 2 slices of P28 High Protein Bread. Clever, eh?
Tuna Salad Sandwich Nutritional Facts
Serving Size: One Sandwich
Calories: 417
Protein: 52.5 grams
Carbs: 33.3 grams
Fat: 10.4 grams
Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
1/3 cup tuna (low sodium) packed in water (Drain it)
3 TBSP fat free cottage cheese (instead of mayonnaise)
1/8 cup chopped onion
1 tsp relish
Season to taste
Toast 2 slices of P28 High Protein Bread
Directions:
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Make the sandwich: place the tuna salad, lettuce and tomatoes between both pieces of bread.
Enjoy!
