Simple and quick homemade high protein oatmeal recipe ideal for breakfast!

Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
- 150 ml low fat milk
- 50g old fashioned oats
- 1 scoop of whey protein powder (chocolate)
- cinnamon
- dark chocolate
- fruits (blueberries+ banana)
Directions:
- Mix oats with milk and cinnamon into a pot.
- Cook for a few minutes and while stirring with a spoon add 1 scoop of whey protein powder.
- Continue to mix all ingredients in the pot and then poor them into a breakfast bowl.
- Add some kind of fruits and dark chocolate on top for extra flavor.
- Enjoy!
This is my favorite recipe to start my day with. You can choose other fruits like kiwi or what you have available in your fridge :)
