Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
Chicken Parmesan Balls
- 6 oz diced chicken
- 6 oz ground turkey
- 1 egg
- ½ cup pecorino romano cheese
- ½ cup American grana cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 1 tbsp pesto sauce
Sauce (added once pasta is cooked)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 branch basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 6 oz ground turkey
- 1 can tomato sauce
Pasta
- Cook 1 box, high protein source

Directions:
- Set a pot of boiling water for pasta.
- Prepare meat balls and place in oven at 350F.
- Add pasta to water, cook for 10 minutes.
- Strain pasta; add sauce ingredients.
- Let pot sit on stove on low for 15-20 minutes
- Once meat balls are cooked, add to pasta and serve.
- Enjoy!
