Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
2 ripe medium bananas, mashed
½ cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
2 whole eggs
¼ cup old fashioned oats
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
2 Tablespoons ground flax seed meal
2 scoops of vanilla flavored protein powder
1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon of lemon peel
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash bananas with a fork or potato masher. Combine bananas, Greek yogurt, and eggs in a large bowl and set aside.
Place oats, chia seeds, flax seed meal, and protein powder in a blender or food processor and blend until all the ingredients are a powder consistency.
Add the powder mixture to the wet ingredients and mix together with a rubber scraper.
Add blueberries and lemon peel. Fold into the mixture.
Spray a muffin pan with non stick spray and fill each muffin cup about ¾ full. Do NOT use paper muffin cups.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the muffin tops start to turn golden brown.
Remove muffins from oven and let them sit for about 5 minutes.
Use a knife to separate the muffin from the muffin pan by running the knife around the outside of the muffins. Flip the pan over and remove muffins.
Let cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!

Can i share them with kids or i should be careful because of the whey protein?
These were great. I just wish it had a little more flavor.
I use Precision engineered whey protein isolate vanilla. I may not have used enough. My scoop is 35 grams.
@heyhay5212 yeah the protein def can change the taste!
I think the flavor and taste of the protein powder really affects the taste. What kind of protein powder did you use?
