So I've always had a bit of a gut but recently I've been abusing my body with food and alcohol. It also doesn't help that I'm a flight attendant and so trying to stay awake and then hit the gym is a struggle. My eating habits are quite bad. I usually travel to Asia and therefore I'm always on the rice and heavy sauces. I've toned down my beer intake but still on the gin and whiskey... So looking to get rid of the waist and moobs and tone up
