About Me
January 2016 I weighed 242 lbs. I lifted some 90 pound aircraft batteries and injured my lower back. Facing back surgery, my neurologist said if I would lose 25 pounds I could avoid surgery. I am down 40 pounds. I work out each day but not sure exactly what I should do when it comes to lifting weights. Thank you for allowing me to join! Mike
