Married with two kids and too many cats. Love NFL, NBA, WWE and video gaming. Usually in pretty good shape but I leg myself backslide now and then. Four years ago I was in the best shape of my life-then life got in the way and now I'm about 20 pounds too heavy so here we go again. I am also a health & wellness director, group exercise instructor and personal trainer so instead of motivating others all day long it's time to motivate myself!
