I started lifting about 9 months ago. 4 of those months were only x2 a week. It was my way of testing the all-natural supplements I started using. Also, the gym always scared the crap out of me because I felt inadequate compared to the big dudes in there. I was pretty satisfied with my results, and decided to really push myself. I've now put on 15 pounds and am pushing to a goal of 200-205. I want to compete in my first show (men's physique) towards the end of 2016. I have a long way to go, and it is a LONG journey as I am mostly ectomorph and considered a pretty hard gainer. I've been 160 pounds since 1999... But I've got big goals!!!
