I've been training off and on for the better part of 15 years. The downside is during the off periods I've packed on the pounds. Start training again, lose most of the weight then stop training again. Over the past 5 years I've lost and gained 50 lbs at least 3 times. The most recent cause of my fall from grace is a chronic problem with my knee right knee. Instead of addressing it I just stopped training all together. Jan of 2014 I've started back with training again but am still having issues with my consistency with both my meals and training. Joined SHF a while ago but didn't fill out much. Decided to start getting more involved to help with my motivation and keep me on track.
