Hey there, my name is Chris. Just to say a little bit about myself. I am a junior in college and will be graduating this upcoming May. At the age of 18 I was diagnosed with a auto immune disorder called "Crohns Disease" and since then I have been dealing with the symptons which is mostly pain. I have noticed when I work out more frequently I feel much better. I have started working out and given up quite a few times before but no more. I will reach my fitness and health goals this time.
