woke up at the end of this july2013 190lbs and said no more started doing 5 to ten pushups a day and as many hanging leg raises i could do periodically through the day started with my over weight child trying to do runs could only run maybe half mile before turning green looked skinny with a beer belly face looked like a chipmunk lol went to a clean diet sushi chicken broccoli diet worked my ass off in a garage 112 here in california some days then did 100 push ups for 100 days missed three days made up on final day cause i caught a cold at the middle got down to 162 pounds longest run 5 mile no stop love the pull ups and now would like to have fitness model physique and here today still trying my best to keep going and be motivated few neck strains some shoulder pains along the way still haven't thrown up yet but dam there are thought days i was over 25%bf down to 14%bf i have had a few trainers where i felt i was slipping back to the old me and put a stop to it come a crossed your site and with the experience that i have noticed you have some amazing workout routines hope to have good results from this
