Looking great and lean man! Got some definition going on there for sure!
That lump under your chest could just be a genetics thing.

Looking ripped Chris. Now you just need to add some size. If you could stay at 8% body fat and get up to 155 - 160Lbs, you'd be on your way.
I don't see any lumps, but if you are talking about the area near your sternum (center of your chest) on the lower right side, that is muscle and just happens to be the shape of your pec which is genetically pre-determined. My left pec is a bit thicker and larger than my right pec. It is just the way they were shaped with my genetics :-)

Looking great man!! Very proud of your progress!
That lump is your upper abdominal wall. Looks AWESOME!
But I agree with everyone, bump those calories / protein and lets see more GAINS!
Make sure you are getting enough saturate fat! 2 tsp of coconut il goes a long way for testosterone production!
Wow thanks so much guys, I really appreciate the kind words !! I'm on a bulk now - my intake is, fat;75g. Protein 250g, carbs 450g. It's not easy !! Haha, I will try the coconut oil Scott, thank you. Abdominal wall is the lump? It sticks out more when I do flys and stuff? I haven't seen it on anyone before !!
again, thank you !
Lots of carbs there man!
If you want to make as lean muscle gains as possible, you might want to lower them a bit and maybe increase your fat and/or protein. How many calories are you aiming for per day?
Keep up the great work!

Looking great @bfsmad. Now just onto those lean, natty gains.
If you are talking about the protuberance at the bottom of your sternum, that is your xiphoid process. Some people genitically have one that sticks out more than most. I personally have one that does. When I was thin, like yourself, mine was much more noticeable. You also might want to make sure it is not a hiatal hernia or epigastric hernia. Here is a link below to check out.
The image below is more of what my xyphoid process looked like when I was thinner.
Great progress!
Lookin good bro! The lump is the upper abdominal wall like Scott said and I have the same deal but the rest of my abs stick out even with it which makes it easier to identify.
