I'd wanna know where you got this...it seems really light for someone like him that's been doing this for well over 10 years. I'd expect 3 exercises per body part (4 for larger muscle groups). The set and rep ranges are right, though, so whoever got this routine maybe only got half of it? One thing I don't like about the celeb routines is they make it sound like they never switch it up. Every couple weeks I alternate between narrow barbell curls and normal so I can give my outside head more attention since it's not as developed as my inner head. The important thing is to do what works for you and not to follow other people. Make your own path to greatness. You're going to fail, but if you can get one success from all the failures, it makes the success all the sweeter! At least you can look back on it and say "I've come a long way."
