Incline dumbbell press, my boy Nate dawg turned me onto that one and I just love it.

Then Low cable flys, for the tight squeeze in the pecks I ALWAYS get. Love it!

I'm 27, I'm male, I'm trying to maintain a healthy but nice physique. I weigh about 195, 6'0 I've got four large passions in my life! Sports! My Lord and Savior! P.E.! And last but not least..... My wife! HTH! I have other goals, just ask if you want to know! My handle is Big Boss, but you can just call me Allan. Finally, always remember, HTH!

I wish I had a cable fly machine to do low cable flies, makes me miss my gym back in college...none of the gyms where I live have one!

You can never go wrong with a new chest workout!

Right now I am doing my traditional BURN SET method of training. I haven't done it consistently for about 5 months so I am looking to make some major gains now that I am going back to it.

My exercises right now are straight forward

  1. Dumbbell Bench (3 sets of 15 reps)
  2. Incline Dumbbell Bench (3 sets of 15 reps)
  3. Low Cable Fly (3 sets of 15 reps)
  4. High Cable Fly (3 sets of 15 reps)
  5. Plate Press (3 sets of 15 reps)

But I am curious to know what YOUR favorite chest routine is. Everyone is always looking for something new to try so why not post your workout below to help out your fellow Hermanites? #HTH #SHFAthlete

My favorite chest routine that I do most often:

Flat barbell bench press: 4 sets of 8-12 reps.

Incline dumbbell press: 4 sets of 8-12 reps.

Cable crossover: 4 sets of 10-15 reps.

Seated vertical chest press: 4 sets of 10-15 reps.

Incline dumbbell fly: 4 sets of 10-15 reps.

Dips: 4 sets of 12-15 reps.

incline dumbbell press, 5 sets, 10 reps
weighted dips, 3-5 sets, 10 reps
incline dumbbell/cable flies, 3 sets, 12-15 reps

don't like to do an awfull lot of exercises, usually do about 12 sets. I do triceps and front delts on this day as well.

if I were you I would definitely have a FLAT BENCH in there somewhere. Maybe try kicking the rep range up to 12-15 too! #HTH
