Every set till failure good?
Some people say its good, some say its just bad because your CNS(Central Nervous System) get tired.

Hey man!
Depends on the exercise among other things. For deadlifts or squats or other compound movements that are huge like those, you should never go to failure. Go as high as 90-95% of your 1 rep max. For lifts like bicep curls or chest flys, you can go to failure every time because as you said it is not as taxing on your CNS.
Having said that, you should know the following. Failure is not required when you are lifting over 75% of your 1 rep max. That will be about 2-5 reps and you will be stimulating all muscle fibers without going to failure. Just pure mechanical tension is enough to stimulate maximum muscle growth and strength. When you are going for higher reps though, like 6-12 reps, you will have to go to failure to make sure you are hitting those high threshold muscle fibers. This way you achieve max growth and strength by metabolic fatigue in addition to the mechanical tension.
In order to make progress, its not necessary to go to complete failure but you should generally be pushing yourself close to it. You will have to reach failure sometimes in order to bust out of a plateau. If you decide to reach failure in every set, you can definitely do that, but make sure your nutrition and recovery ( sleep and rest days) are sufficient.
Thats all I had to say.

Well said by Kostas! I have actually been doing this method lately and i feel like it works really well for me! What it does is when you take a lighter to medium weight and you get 15 reps and that is failure, you will have an insane pump! When you go to failure you are shooting blood into the muscles when causes them to expand! I love using this method! But make sure you are getting enough rest and enough food because this method of training is very intense ! Good luck hope it helps!

I agree with what Kostas said. From a scientific point of view evidence is inconclusive as to whether training to failure benefits hypertrophy gains. From a personal point of view I have got better results when training to failure.
Okey! Have always been doing those failure type of exercise. Have dropped lately on all exercises. So thats why I started to wonder if failure sets is bad. Now I know my problem is the sleep. Because I eat almost perfect little to much carbs. And I am very strict with my form. Every night I wake up around 1-3pm and I cant sleep.

Yep that sounds like the main issue.. Just try to best to get some sleep and you will feel refreshed and recover quicker

Training to failure is not only a great way to get an amazing pump, but it will also help you bust through plateaus and keeps you out of your comfort zone. When you are thrown out of your comfort zone your body has no choice but to adapt and to change by causing you to increase muscle mass and strength. I wouldnt recommend going to failure in each and every workout because you don't want to completely fry your CNS. Just try your best to get good quality sleep each night. If you keep finding it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep then maybe you should start supplementing with melatonin.
Great thread! Good stuff to know.
