I've been working out 6 days a week. Upper and lower body doing separately 3 times a week each, but it's too much for me so I'm planning on going back to working out each of them 2 times a week and my planned schedule looks like this :

Legs: Saturday and Monday

Upper body: Friday and Sunday


Is that good or should I spread them out throughout the week more?

Just seeing this now!  Question, have you thought about doing my Full Body Evolution Program?  It's 2 routines you alternate throughout the week. Very similar to what you are trying to accomplish here!
