This is a straight foward routine that has only 4 bodyweight exercises. It's up to you to decide how hard you want to hit it !
10 reps each exercise
V-up
Burpee
Lunges
Dips
This might not look like much, but with the right intensity and focus it will leave you breathless ! It doesn't take long to do this routine so it should be easy for anyone to set just a little time away from other activities to do some work ! I didn't include my round / set ranges as I usually do, since I feel like you should just go for as many as you feel. For me 3 rounds is enough, as I am not looking to be left on the bed during christmas eve it's just enough to make me gasp for air and sweat, then I go for a nice walk afterwards !
