Hi. I have thin arms and have tried differemt variations to improve them. I want an opinion on whether or not i should train them on a single day. Secondly, if i train them on a single day, should i superset bicep with tricep exercises or should i go like 4sets of bi then 4 of tri?

By the look of your profile pic I would not say you have thin arms. If you can not get them to grow further however yes it may be an idea to to more or it may be an idea to do less- Some people overtrain like crazy doing 20 sets total bis and 20 sets total tris- way to much. 8-12 sets a week is enough imo. Scott also has a few vids on youtube on how to make arms grow.

@Kanwarsgill How often are you training them at the moment? If they are a lagging body part in your eyes then hitting them 2 - 3 times a week might help and having one day where you focus on arms can be a good idea for sure (even mixing heavy weight and high volume). As for the supersetting, that's up to you. It's not something that you need to do but it's definitely an option and you'll get an awesome pump from supersetting biceps and triceps!

@william_steinset thank you for replying. The profile pic is 5months old and i was recently suffering from dengue which stretched for 1 month and i could not train during that time period. I have been trying hard for 2months now but the arms are lagging behind and that is the reason i came seeking answers here. Your reply was helpful thanks once again!

@scott_herman thankyou for replying! I train them separately on a single day roght now but maybe i could add around 8-12 sets of bi and tri with back and chest respectively so as to keep them engaged?

Ah I see ! No problem man, just glad I could help !
I personally do 8-12 for each and have found that to be more than enough. Yes try adding bi with back and tri with chest and see how that works. I like having a seperate day but thats because I train 6 times now so I have plenty of room for it.

@Kanwarsgill Yes you can definitely do that man! Hitting them with more frequency like that can be a good way to push them past a plateau and get them growing again!
