Hey Guys. Yesterday was abs day and I do a crunch while holding a dumbbell out above me at arms length. Yesterday, I lifted the heaviest dumbbell the gym has, at 110lbs for 12 reps. Is going to a Landmine Crunch a good idea so I can lift beyond 110lbs or do you suggest an alternative?
