The event was a big pirate-themed party. I won best costume! Several of my peers asked if I was wearing some sort of fake "muscle shirt".

I'm glad I had some muscles to reveal after losing 24lbs! The Scott's BodyBuilding routine was great and I followed it the whole time.

I'm really light now, and I look forward to slow bulking for a long time.

I'm getting a DEXA in 10 days to compare with the pre-cut. It'll be interesting to see the results. Calipers are putting me at 7% BF DEXA always comes out much higher.

I'd really like to work on the chest going forward....

Congrats on winning best costume man, you looked awesome! Jack Sparrow inspired?

Definitely looking like you're in that single-digit body fat range, and the difference between your before and after photo is unreal! Especially having done that in less than 2 months. Great work!

Have you decided which program you're going to follow next? I'll be releasing the Cheat & Recover program soon if you want to try that. Doing some cheat reps with heavy dumbbells or barbells will get that chest growing!!

Less Jack Sparrow, I think I got the basic idea from Jorah Mormont from GOT. And then I threw together what I could.

I've been waiting for the Cheat and Recover routine! I was hoping it would be out by the time I was done. Hurry up, man!

I'm evaluating what my next fitness goals are. I'm not sure. I've done Olympic, and now some BodyBuilding. I'm not particularly good at either.

With as light as I am (138 freaking lbs!) I should do some rock climbing!

I'm actually getting into Archery lately. I'm finding that weight lifting strength gains translate very well into Archery. And it's fun!

For now I've devised a maintenance program for all muscle groups, except chest. I'll hit that harder.

Oh nice! It looked good!

Haha the Cheat & Recover routines are in the process of being released - there is a page for the programs here - https://muscularstrength.com/cheat-and-recover

I guess your next lot of training comes down to what YOU want to achieve from it. I know you'll figure it out! Probably not a bad idea to have a bit of a deload after training intensely to get down to that low of a body fat percentage anyway. It will probably be good for you! 🏋
