Okay, ive been cutting and down to 23.8%bf

 

Ive been taking creatine aswell but im not sure i feel abit tired,unmotivated in the gym and just a weird feeling overall

 

Ive maintained my strength aswell and hit 80kg pr on bench

 

Going to carry on cutting to get to atleast 18%

 

Is there a way to be more aggrressive with fat loss

@RilwanG Great progress man!

 

It's normal to feel tired when cutting. The point of cutting is that you aren't giving your body the energy it needs each day and that's why you can feel a bit sluggish and tired. You just have to power through! If you drink coffee or tea, that can help. And make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

 

You can be more agressive with your fat loss, but then you also risk losing more muscle depending on how agressive you make it.

Okay ill take it slow then. overall that was actually mad seeing the progress

 

i topped of at 200kg deadlift, 220 rackpulls 80kg bench 120kg squat

it was literally prs after prs

I dont have man boobs anymore and im seeing abs starting to show along with that my strenght remained

Would you use the hexbar for back development? deadlift are fun but my lower back dies afterwards lol

@RilwanG I just responded to your other @forum thread about this. Deadlifts aren't for your back or lower back. If your lower back is REALLY hurting after doing deadlifts, it probably means your form might have been off.
