Well went through day 2 of physical therapy today. The first day wasnt too bad but today they put me through ALOT! Started of with some electric stimulations, then forced heel slides till i about screamed for a while lol and some extension work, then heel slides on my own for 5mins then to the bike for some more streching. After that i did some sliding while sitting down with a towel on the floor, and some leg extensions. Finished off with some hamstring, and calf streches, and some leg raises.

They did not give me a specific set of exercises for at home but told me the most impostant one was doing some forced heel slides using a wall or towel to get past what im capable of.

Hey man! So great to hear you are getting back into the grove and recovering!

You should expect to be weaker, but it will come back. Are you wrapping your knee? I would for sure.. then after a few weeks starting doing stuff without the wrap and with it until you can get rid of it completely.

Yeah i wear i compression sleeve and a pretty heafty brace when i go anywhere, or when i workout, but just around the house and at therapy i only wear the sleeve.

I im not supposed to do a whole lot of weight bearing outside of therapy, but i do alot of streching and some light strenghtening exercises at home mainly TKE's with a band and bodyweight squats for streching.

Glad you are wearing the sleeve. I feel like a lot of people think they are ok and don't. You are being very safe and I am sure strength will return quickly! #HTH
