Have you got a link for Kai Greene performing them? Have you got good results from performing these pulldowns?

To be comletely honest, anytime I've ever done the behind the neck lat pull-down to target my back/lats I always seemed to feel it more in my traps than any where else.

And that is completely expected. In order to completely shorten your lats, your wrists must touch your ribcage. ( Well, your elbows must go as down as possible). So, given that, the best lat exercise would be the neutral or the underhand lat pulldown, then the classic wide grip lat pulldown, and then those behind the neck pulldowns!

Guys I am honestly baffled by this! For the life of me I cannot see how this exercise works for the upper traps! I am not doubting you Kostas in anyway and do believe you 100% but I honestly cannot see the connection! Has anyone got any idea on how this works?
