How goes the mobile app development?
Is there a reason I cannot access the forums from the app?
You should be able to access everything from the app...are you still having this issue where you can't access the forums?
I can click the forum button, but when I try to go to the actual subforums such as FAQ's, it does not respond. Only if I look up a topic, or select my post/todays post/past post can i click on the topics.
I'm on android 6.0.1 if that helps.

So, I recently upgraded from Gold to Platinum+ and started one of the programs; however, I only have access on the web page. Whenever I try to access anything on the App, it asks me to upgrade to Platinum. The app also DOES show that I have a Platinum+ membership, so I'm not sure what the issue is and would appreciate some assistance. I'd like to be able to have access to workouts, meal plan, etc. from my phone. Thanks!

Can you please try logging out of the app and logging back in? And if that doesn't work, try uninstalling the app and re-installing it. Once you've tried those, if the app still doesn't show you as PLATINUM+, please let me know!
I tried that before, but just tried again and having the same issue. The App does show me as PLATINUM+ when I look at my account info, but is still prompting me to change to PLATINUM in order to access the material.

Can you uninstall and then reinstall the app?
This should fix the issue until the update comes out.
Still not working for me. I may try downgrading to Plat for a month then bumping back up to Plat+ afterwards
@AJFresh Seems to be an app issue. The app update should be here soon.
In the meantime, if you're using your phone, just log-in to the website on your web browser and that way you'll still have access to everything from your phone, just until the app update hits!

@AJFresh Even on your web browser on your phone? What about if you're logging on on your PC, is your account working properly that way?
Works perfectly on my PC. Just the app that I'm having issues with. I guess I could probably try using the website on my phone, but obviously I'd like the app working. Hopefully getting Platinum then bumping back up to Platinum+ does the trick.
