Something weird started going on. So, there is clock in my gym and right across it, is a bench that I lie on and do dips leg raises. When I get up from that bench, I see the clock so I look at the clock between the sets to see how many seconds passed. During my last couple of leg raises excercises, I realized I couldn't see the second hand of the clock. There was a time I went to Abdominal Machine right after doing leg raises and couldn't read the numbers on weight plates no matter how hard I tried. It's hard to describe, it's like my there are patches in my vision where I can't see. Never noticed this during my arm, shoulder, chest or back workouts. Only caught my attention during ab workouts.
Extra info; I use corticosteroids and am nearing the end of my taper. Taking 5 mg per day. I read somewhere that this thing can cause glaucoma so if that's what this is about I'll go and have my eyes checked.
