MY FULL ROUTINE today was:
- 60 sec rest between sets
Dumbbell Chest Press (5 sets: 8 reps: 2 BURNS)
Reverse Barbell Press (5 sets: 8 reps: 2 BURNS)
Barbell Decline Press (5 sets: 8 reps: 2 BURNS)
TRIPLE SET FINISHER (3 sets: 8 reps: 60 sec rest between triplesets)
High-To-Low Cable Fly
Single-Arm Cable Press
Medicine Ball Push-Up (Push hands into the sides of the ball)
