When it comes to having shredded obliques you are going to need every tip you can get.  A low bodyfat % obviously plays a huge role, but once the fat is gone you are going to need to make sure you have built your muscles (obliques) big enough so they REALLY pop and that is where exercises like this come in.

Like these. also like Pallof presses and Landmine 180s (what some call barbell Russian twists). I try not to do too much flexion because of the recti split. that I'm trying to correct.

Old enough to know better, young enough not to care. I'm an eternal rookie - As soon as I stop learning I start dying.

I love doing landmines too @jcgadfly, they hit the obliques extremely hard!
