Hi guys! Past week i felt little pain in my hip... I thought i have not stretched enough before lifting, but today after squating the pain moved to my tailbone and got really bad. I feel the pain when i want to stand up and when i move myself while sitting. Anybody has had the same problem? And how do i prevent this happening again. Is there some exercises to stretch this part before heavy lifting? All advice is welcome: How.. Why... Etc. Thank you guys
