Hi guys! Past week i felt little pain in my hip... I thought i have not stretched enough before lifting, but today after squating the pain moved to my tailbone and got really bad. I feel the pain when i want to stand up and when i move myself while sitting. Anybody has had the same problem? And how do i prevent this happening again. Is there some exercises to stretch this part before heavy lifting? All advice is welcome: How.. Why... Etc. Thank you guys

Quite an informative share regarding muscle building and lean mass. My cousin is also trying to build strong muscles but nothing has worked till now. So now going for muscle building acupuncture treatment at a reputed acupuncture Mississauga center and getting good results.

Tailbone pain is not a good feeling, been there done that. Not much you can do really, wait for it to wear of, if it sticks around for to long you should see a doctor.

Sounds like possible impingement of the sciatic nerve since it started in the hip and moved to the tailbone area. I would have a chiropractor check to make sure one or more of your lumbar vertebrae are not misaligned. Sciatica pain can be a dull ache all the way up to sharp pains and will last as long as their is skeletal misalignment. Stretching alone won't fix it completely.
