I personally see a big difference supplementing with glutamine. I hope this video helps you make the decision of whether or not you want to add Glutamine to your stack!

Intresting I have read both good and bad stuff about it . But perhaps its like so many other things that its works miracles for some "placebo" or not and then some won´t feel a thing. I was about to actually add Glutamine to my supply of supplemnent but hesitated. But I assume I get a lot of glutamine trough my diet anyhow since it´s found in meat, chicken, dairy products and eggs etc which I eat a lot of. I consume with ease about 2kg of chicken each week alongside with about 1 kg of fish (tuna and plaice) . But I will for sure add it to my next stockpile I think to try it out atleast.

I use Glutamine in my pre-workout and its great. Moreover I read if you have it with protien then it is not as effective as it will neutralise the effects as it binds with the protien so its probaly best not to iclude it in your post workout shake.
