as you would guess the menu is cheese.  what kind of cheese if any do people eat.  i needed a little mor protien and fat in my macros so im thinking of addidng 2 slices of cheese onto my eggs in the morning

all natural cheese tho thinking of thise one

anyone else use cheese and what do you use?

I love cheese, I eat norwegian cheese though. I can easily have to many slices of cheese on the menu, I do not mind a bit of extra fat at the moment anyway.

I like feta, cheddar, and mozzarella. Sometimes brie cheese too.

i have to be careful not to eat too much cheese. I typically stay away from it and only eat it on occassion.....with wine....and crackers....mmmmm

My all time favorite cheese is goat cheese. Goes on everything, especially pizza. I must share though, I had it on salmon with pesto sauce and OMG NOM NOM sex in the mouth.

I'm not saying I like it...but cottage cheese is pretty popular haha. Full of caesin protein, and it's not that high in fat. Plenty of other good options though mentioned above.
