I haven't been to the gym in the last month without Five Finger Death Punch blasting in my ears, American Capitalist is possibly my favourite album of all time... Coming from a 15 year old ;) Any chance of like some spotify playlists we can follow? I'd love to hear your workout playlist!

My favorite line from Five Finger Death Punch is:

"Did you hear the one about me giving a S^&*, because if I ever did I DON'T REMEMBER IT!"

Then I go smash all the weights in the gym! BOOM! haha

I made an account just to post on here (I've been meaning to make one but now's the time :D ) but music wise I'll listen to anything really but there is nothing like bring me the horizon on full blast while you're pumping iron, and when I'm doing more chilled out things I'll listen to rap (Eminem, the specktators, e-dubble) but I like most of the stuff on the list you posted aswell!

Well I am glad I finally got you to commit! Now we just need you to upload soem pics and fill our your profile :)

and yeah you are right, different music for different moods for sure.  I love chillin out to the 90s.  :)

I shall do that tomorrow when I'm not nearly passing out from being to tired :P I quite like chilling out to linkin park, something bout their music especially their new tracks are just chill :) and omg I love 1990/2000 music, I may be 16 but my parents used to always have the radio on and I'd pick up their music taste, love a bit of madness and culture club :) Do you listen to much You Me At Six or Panic At The Disco?

Looks like we have similar tast in music! My workout playlist consists of all of those rock and metal bands! Nothing like metal in the ear right before a solid squart or killing bench press! Or better yet a little Slipknot on the way to the gym in my Mustang GT (had to say it, I know you have a Camaro, saw it on Instagram lol). I am shocked that you have Kitty on there! Not many peple know about them! That was totally high school!

Great Playlist and DBZ video! Breaking Benjamin was one of my first favorite bands, along with Linkin Park. Now-a-days I find myself listening to a little more of In This Moment and Five Finger Death Punch. A couple other good bands are A Day To Remember, Escape The Fate, Super Mash Bros, Bullet For My Valentine, and All That Remains. They are all a bit of a different genre but definitely still great to get the blood pumpin for the next set! By the way, I've always been a huge fan; but when I saw that your number one motivational video was a DBZ vid you climbed up about 50 rungs on the Respect Ladder! Love me some Dragon Ball Z, ha ha.

Nice Cintronauts63!  I love Janus and Bullet For My Valenine!

I will have to check out Dream Theater !!

and damn right that is a great video!

Dream Theater is a group of guys who graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston.  Their musical compositions are some of the most advanced and complicated out there.  They sound great and would be like a very polished cross between Metallica and Chevelle - of course that is my opinion.  Give 'em a try and see what you think.

I'm more of the EDM type of guy for gym music haha. Stuff like Calvin Harris, Avicii, Hardwell, Zedd always gets me pumping at the gym. I usually just have one of their live sets playing through my iPhone so I don't even have to adjust music and change songs often. But speaking of P.O.D. they were the first CD I ever bought back in 6th grade which was like 10 years ago haha.
