I have never tried foam rollers, however I have ordered a Grid Trigger point foam roller and I can not wait to try it. As far as I know foam rollers have great benefits when it comes to giving less DOMS and helping muscle soreness as well as massaging the muscles. Do you have a foam roller ? How often do you use it ? Any thoughts on the subject ?

Foam rollers are great for recovery and massaging those sore muscles. I've used them but not as often as I probably should. I usually only use them when I get really sore occassionally but even then I don't say a lot of nice things while I'm using it lol!
I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. I have and use a foam roller. It definitely helps me with DOMS and general muscle soreness, I am way more comfortable than before I started using one. I use it whenever my muscles feel sore, which is alot because I like to test my limits fairly often. When my muscles are seriously sore I practice yoga, use a foam roller and use hot/cold therapy, that provides killer relief for abused muscles. I like foam rolling best for larger muscles groups, and definitely legs. I think you're going to love the way it makes you feel, especially if you've never tried one before.
Calisthenics light my fire & parkour keeps it hot.

Sounds good, thanks ! My ideal plan is to use it twice a day, once before workingout and once during the evening.

Haha ! I have heard people saying that if it does not hurt you are doing it wrong so I am definitely looking forward to seeing what it is all about.

I love them! I'm a former athlete at the University of Michigan and we used them on a daily basis after practices and workouts and it has had huge benefits on muscle recovery. I still use them to this day...ESPECIALLY on leg day haha.

I have one of those bumpy foamrollers with rubber spikes (similar to the rumble roaller). It's great for legs, but for the life of me i can not use that for my back. I don't have a lot "buffer" and it kinda rubs directly on the bones and nerves, which causes more pain than good. Luckily our gym has a ton of foamrollers laying around so i grab a normal one there every now and then and do the upper back with those.
