i know it's Embarrassing
to say this in here but i really wanna know how to fix
i googled this i found many people have this problem
i drink smoothie which contains (two banan+ skimmed fat yogurt or milk+spinach+strawberry
sometime i remove spinach and i stay for one hour after having this
i am not on diet but i am eating healthy
what do u think? how to avoid that ? is it Lactose Intolerance?
