From the old school!

( Beginner ) 1 Year Lifting Experience Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management Don't be afraid to make mistakes, face failure and fall, because most of the time, the greatest rewards come from doing the things that scare you the most. You'll get everything you wish for... just focus and work on it. And you'll get more than you could ever have imagined. Who knows where life will take you. The road is long, and in the end - - the journey is the destination.

All you guys are my Inspirations. In fact anyone serious into fitness and changing their lives inspire me.

I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. MS Athlete/Super Hermanite BEING CHALLENGED IN LIFE IS INEVITABLE, BEING DEFEATED IS OPTIONAL.

Soooo as a female...

Scott Herman surely is! he is our personal hero ^^ that's why we all are here..

And a great advisor for form, nutrition and a great motivator. (he is always "pumped up about things", and it's nice to have such positivity around )

And so are all of you guys & ladies for me too. As @Adawg38 put it so nicely already.

For female bodybuilding, surely Dana Linn Bailey is an inspiration for me, i am admiring the iron willpower she has and the sheer discipline. I'll never want to be as big as she is, but it's a great inspiration nontheless, where you can get if you are 100% in for it.

Cheers!

I'm a dude, and even Dana/Rob duo is right up on top 5. People rag on Rob ALL THE TIME, but if you saw how small he was about 4 years ago when he was filming videos for Musclemeds (I'm thinking of the Training with Kai videos, I think it was legs part 3 they show him filming Kai), you wouldn't believe how much progress he's made, and for running his company with little to no help, it's nearly as impressive as seeing Dana!

Rankings go:

1. Scott (duh!)

2. Dana/Rob Bailey

3. Our very own Nate Bishop/ and The Ultraman and our very own again, Mervin Vargas!

I don't really follow other people, because I'm usually busy doing my own thing (so busy, I haven't been on here in MONTHS, now that I fixed my schedule I have time to hop on here finally).
