Hi Scott, I stopped working out for about a year and now I want to go to the gym again. I just got the platinium membership because I wanted to have a routine to use at the gym but I couldn't find one that works the whole body so I downloaded two routines, one is: 150 REPS OF REDEMPTION!
UPPER BODY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING!   and the other is   BLAST YOUR LEGS: HAMS, GLUTES & CALVES!   I want you to help me on the way I can combine both to work my entire body. Thanks

David,

You can do full body workouts one of two ways:

1) Push/Pull - One workout session devoted to "Push" muscles - chest, quads, calves, triceps and one workout devoted to "Pull" muscles - shoulders, back, biceps, hamstrings. Abs can be done every workout or every other workout.

2) Push/Pull/Legs - Same as above only one workout is devoted just to legs.

I do Push/Pull workouts 4 days a week.

i made a very simple push/pull 1000 rep workout a while back that worked pretty well for me! I work on merchant vessels with very limited gym equipment!

My workout was 10 excersizes, each with 100 reps! Trying to balance 5 of them as push excersizes, and the other 5 as the opposite pulling excersizes! It was also real good for my overall strength! I picked a weight around 60% of my 1rm, and just tried to chip away at each excersize with as little stops as possible! All of the excersizes were very basic movements, just like push ups, squats, deadlifts etc!
