Hey man, you have the build for broad shoulder and just need to hit them with overhead presses, side lateral raises and reverse flyes or face pulls. Be careful on the overhead presses, they completely work your entire shoulders but can be stressful and you dont want to injure your shoulders or you could be out for some time. Side laterals and reverse flyes will hit your side and rear dealts for added size and don't worry about your front because you will work them plenty with chest presses. As for legs all I see are you calves which are a small part of your legs as for many and are hard to grow. Just like with shoulders the potential is there just squat, deadlift, leg press and do calve raises and just by hitting legs hard will not only build your legs but your whole body as well.

I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. @Adawg38 is spot on fitontheflood. You are only 15, there is plenty of growth still to come!

If you train hard and eat right those shoulders and legs will grow for sure!

Genetics is something we can not evaluate here on pictures. However as we have been doing this for a long time, it is easier to see who can build broad shoulders and who will have a lot of trouble building them

Sry, but I dont really get what u mean? by it is easier to see who can build broad shoulders and who will have a lot of trouble building them. I though if you have the genetics you only can have broad shoulders?

If you do a genetic test with for instance MuscleGenes you get the genetic part. The part I am talking about is experience in the industry. Look at one of your friends that never works out, now look at his back, his shoulder and so on. Now look at an equal friend, almost same height, age, build so on. Find differences and try to see if one of them has more broad shoulders than the other.

I can look at a person and for the most part, quickly see if he or she has a build for a certain physique. This comes with experience and knowledge and is something that can not really be taught away.

Take it from my stance (Eric), I have a very narrow bone structure when it comes to the build of my shoulders. I was the opposite of broad. A lot of volume on shoulders will help build some quality mass to create some nice, capped shoulders! You just have to beat your genetics sometimes.

Building up your lats will also make you look wider, and also keeping a slim waist. It creates the illusion of wide shoulders, which in reality is all you need.

Build up those delts, lats, and stay slim around the waist... you will be in good shape! LITERALLY!

Darren,

The best way to get an idea of the type of frame you will have is to look at your parents and their siblings. Your genetics are 50% from each parent. This will give you some indication. As Eric from Anabolic Aliens has stated, there are ways to overcome genetic limitations. You can create the illusion of broader shoulders or bigger legs, etc but focusing on your frame as a whole.

I take after my father in my upper body. I have broad shoulders for my size and no problem with growing my arms, chest, and back. My lower half takes after my mother. My legs are hard to build and small relative to my upper body. What I have had to do to overcome this is to make my waist as small as possible and not focus on growing my back or chest any further. A small waist will make your legs look bigger. Broader shoulders take emphasis off your back and chest and accentuate your legs. If I continue to try to add more size to my back, chest, and arms, my legs will look smaller. By keeping my back, chest, and arms at the size they are now and just focusing on keeping my waist slim, my shoulders broad, and building my legs, I am creating illusions of size to compensate for my genetic weaknesses.
