yes exactly. You can always push your limits, so to limit yourself is pointless. Know what I mean? Geez I sound like Socrates there! haha

Then what should one look for to determine when they've hit a wall?

the tell tale signs are EXTREME FATIGUE mixed with exaustion and maybe even a bit of depression. Basically you just feel beaten down.

Then it was good that I took a couple of days off this week - that and I was a little meseed up (some inflammation issues).

 

Headed back in on Monday.
