Hey guys, I recently added the "Oblique Twist Wood Chopper" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pAplQXk3dkU

exercise in my workout plan, but as I realised, the gym I go to doesn't provide a middle cable machine. So, would it be the same if I used the Low Cable posotion?

Dumbbell can be a replacement for middle cable machine for Oblique twist wood chopper. And maybe the low cable positon can be a replacement too but I think it will hit the other angle of your oblique as you twist. Well, I think because never tried the low positon cable.

Using a low cable is fine. You will just be doing the movement from bottom to top.

Check out this video to see how to do it low to high.

Yeah, you can do low to high, or high to low! Hits the obliques from a different angle!
