I always superset bicep and tricep exercises as the pump is incredible, an example would be:
A1 Standing BB curl 8 - 10 4sets
A2 Rope push downs 12 - 15 4 sets 60sec rest
B1 Supinating DB curls 10 - 12 4 sets
B2 Close grip bench press 8 - 10 4 sets 60sec rest
C1 Seated DB hammer curls 12 - 15 4 sets
C2 EZ bar skullcrushers 10 - 12 4 sets 60sec rest
I did this for my triceps yesterday, and it was the greatest thing ever. Scott has awesome stuff!

These are some screenshots from the workout log app on my phone, sadly it shows the weight so no pretending but i'd say it's a pretty good workout. Sorry for the facebook message that popped up too haha
P.S I'd recommend the app, it's awesome
