The fat under the chest just doesnt seem to go away , chest isnt getting defined , its a lot smaller tho , been thinking about buying a fat burning supplement like Ultimate ripper. I havent lost any strength on the cut does this mean i havent lost muscle?

Hey Man,

You have made some great gainz!! Unfortunatly to shift that last bit of fat is really tough, it looks like you have held on to most of your muscle too.

If was you I would introduce some LISS (low intensity steady state) 3 times a week.

Don't buy fat burners, they are a waste of money!

hope this helps :-)

Interval Training or LISS training will help burn the last bits of fat while minimally affecting your strength and muscle gains. Don't get on a fat burner, they artificially manipulate your heart rate and hormonal responses for a fleeting 'benefit'.
