Ok i ve been training like this
Chest/bis
CHest:
dumbell bench press : reps: 12/10/8/6
barbell incline press: 12/10/8/6
decline same thing + dips
bis;
been doing drop sets + supersets and a regular exercise rep range 8-12
Back:
Lat pulldown or pull ups 4 sets 12/10/8/6
sit down rows 12/10/8/6
bent over barbell row 12/10/8/6
tris:
scullcrash / overhead press / rope pulldown
Legs ; squats , presses
Delts : Dumbell / barbell press , lateral raises .

The fat under the chest just doesnt seem to go away , chest isnt getting defined , its a lot smaller tho , been thinking about buying a fat burning supplement like Ultimate ripper. I havent lost any strength on the cut does this mean i havent lost muscle?
