Well, its probably tight adductors. Those are the muscles that are on the inside of your leg. They start from the knee and attach to to your groin area. You are probably doing squats with a narrow feet stance, which is making the adductors tight which leads to pain. This is not wrong of you but you have to adjust it now. First of all switch to wide stance squats. Push your knees out and spread your legs. This way the adductors will be at a stretched position, and they wont be able to cramp as much, so no more pain. Secondly, start stretching your adductors. Search "adductors stretch" and start doing it daily before you squat and before you go to bed at night. Finally, if you are doing normal deadlifts, switch to sumo deadlifts. Same idea with the squats :)

Good luck!

Yea this is quite normal. I have seen it with A LOT of people. The pain is usually located near the groin but sometimes it can also be near the inside of the knee. Painkillers will not do much because this is not an actual "injury". Doctors usually give you a mild muscle-relaxant in these cases. Just stretch it man, and it will go away. I dont advise painkillers because they might mask the pain, and make you think you are ok. Then you go in the gym and injure it further. :)
