What is the difference between someone who is natural and someone who is not?

By Scott Herman in General Questions · Published

Put simply, a natural athlete has never dabbled in steroids.

People who take, or have taken steroids, or other types of performance enhancing drugs, are deemed un-natural.

When it comes to supplements, such as PROTEIN POWDERS, BCAAs, CREATINE etc. they are NOT considered steroids.

HOWEVER, if any supplementation product contains any certain illegal substances, then that would in-fact make the person taking that supplement be deemed un-natural.

Always check the ingredients list of any supplement you are taking, and if you want to stay a natural athlete, check and research any ingredients which you are uncertain about.
