Full body training in the form of a circuit is the best method for fat loss.
Full body circuits can be done 4-6 times a week, and should last 30-60 minutes.
Every muscle group should be targeted from top to bottom, with a minimum of one exercise per group.
Aim to complete the circuit 4-6 times. Minimal rest should be taken between exercises and rounds, and NO rest should be taken to maximize calorie burn.
If done in conjunction with a regular muscle split, stick to only doing these 2-3 times a week.
