Getting toned starts in the kitchen. You need to be eating a clean and healthy DIET.

The lower your body fat, is the more muscle tone and definition you will see. To achieve this you need to be eating clean foods, especially high protein which promotes a lean look.

You need to be doing CARDIO and WEIGHT TRAINING that will keep fat down.

Your muscles also need to be big enough to stand-out. Generally speaking, high-rep training can improve muscle tone.
